We pin down the definitions: what counts as a customer, when an order counts, which KPIs you actually steer on. That becomes the data model.
Week 2 — Build
Pipelines on your sources, transformations with a test at every step, and a warehouse that builds and checks itself automatically.
Week 3 — Dashboard
The dashboard on your KPIs, with drill-down into the detail the questions are really about.
Week 4 — Handover
Documentation, a session with your team, and the keys. From here you carry on yourselves.

Your data warehouse starts from €15,000 excl. VAT. The final price depends on the scope and is fixed before the work starts — no open end.
The lead time is 3–4 weeks, with a scope that is fixed up front.
